Founder - Managing Partner
Throughout my extensive 20-year career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of financial institutions, wealth managers, funds, corporations (ranging from startups to large enterprises), and entrepreneurs spanning over 30 jurisdictions.
My professional journey has taken me through 12 years at Baker & McKenzie (working in Prague and London) and Allen & Overy in Bratislava. Subsequently, I worked for more than 9 years as an external senior legal consultant within the London offices of renowned institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, RBS Bank plc, HSBC, Citibank, UBS AM, Santander, and Moody’s Investors Services.
I have worked with many diverse large corporate cultures on large investment banking corporate, structured finance, financial derivatives, securitisation, project finance deals, many first of their kind.
In 2021, driven by my passion to create a more substantial personal impact and leverage my extensive experience, I embarked on a journey to establish a new legal practice. This practice is exclusively dedicated to advising businesses that are committed to sustainability, responsibility, regeneration, and making a positive impact. Through my collaborative efforts with associated partners, our mission is to actively contribute to the restoration of our environment and the betterment of our societies, actively working to reverse the damage that has been done.
I combine my transactional, financial services and corporate experience with my creative strategic mindset. I also use personal and organisational values assessments to facilitate transformation.
I am a British Council Scholar, Georgetown Law Masters graduate, dual qualified lawyer (solicitor, England & Wales, advokat, Slovakia) and a certified Barrett Values leadership coach.
